With this build you should be able to destroy top lane, now this build is Hybrid/tank/Assassin
I build my jax this build cuz i want him to able to be powerful and yet able to tank at the same time
now if i want more tanky then get GA but i was the NT on me more, but thats your choice.

Starting a team fight

You should do Leap then do counter strike, in the counter strike just start to run around them and try to stun them ALL.then you should activate ultimate to help you tank and more. Now you should target the adc in the team fight,and if you want go after the squishy ones first.
