Here Veigar... just kidding.
I made this guide , because Veigar is one of my favorite Champs.
Veigar has the nice ability to stack his q to gain more ability power.
Farming
I mean not realy stacking but something like that.
Just keep farming with your q.
But only use it if the minion is low life to realy kill it with your q!
if you dont get it you dont get the stack
