I would really appreciate your views, so comment all your comments, i will try and update the guide as much as possible :)
For me I take For my runes
Marks- Hybrid pen for maximum damage late game, and as Evelyne's attacks use both Ap and Ad hybrid Pen is the best for max amount of damage
Seals- 5 Flat health Seals, for extra survivability in the jungle early game, u can take 9 seals if you want. 4 seals of Armour, to allow for better ganks and less likely of being blown up when trying to gank.
Glyphs- 5 Mr per Level glyphs and either 4 mana regen glyphs or u can take CDR Glyphs. Both are equally as good, but mana regen is not as neccesary as you will need a spirit stone when you are in the Jungle. The couldown reduction helps keep your abilities on short couldown and to help keep the Ulti on a shoter couldown for latergame.You can also build CDR and AP on Evelynne for glyphs as her Magic Damage is so high with her skills. Remember you can not go over %40 CDR!
Quints- AD for increased clear time and stronger ganking potential as you do more damage when you are actually in the Gank.

Needs pink wards to catch vision of her, or well placed Green wards to catch her when she has used W or is trying to clear a camp.
Can play both Assassin and tank, although since after the resent nerfs can only do one of them now, and not able to be an assasin when still building tanky.
Extremely Strong Ganks, as of the invisibility there is no way of see'ing her if you time and initiate your ganks well enough
Con's
Weak early, is not very strong at 1v1 and many champions beat her very easily at clear time and ganking strength.
Needs Buffs early, she has no slows/taunts/roots etc. when she does not have the red buff slow on her auto attacks. Blue buff is very important as when clearing the Jungle you will be spamming Q all the time for faster clear, and that will eat up your mana very fast if you dont have a spirit stone.
Once behind hard to get back, unless you can perform your ganks well enough and get your lanes snowballing to carry you

for this to be useful you need to be able to focus well, and communicate well with your team.

Try to hit as many people as possible in your ultimate to get the best shield possible and to deal as much damage as possible, which will help survive longer and peel longer.
Always try to time your buffs. Blue/Red all spawn 5 mins after cleared, so type into chat time when it will spawn, so it cannot be stolen off of you. eg cleared at 2:17, so will spawn at 7:17
Drake Spawns 6 minutes after cleared so time when taken to optimise the amount of Dragons you get per game
Baron spawns 7 minutes after cleared, this is a very important timer to take, as without it you will not be able to ward and clear wards around Baron at this time
When you are not ganking you want to be farming your camps to try and keep a lead or recover from loosing a lead.
Always have a general timer on opponents buffs spawn time, so you know if they are botside, you can succesfully steal their red buff without much hassle.
