Darius

Darius is pure AD damage champion with armor penetration % and true damage ultimate. Yeah , this makes him a problem for your armour. In order to beat him, don't let him fully stack his passive on you early. The only way to beat him is to fight on close distance, not letting him damage you with his outter Q.

Fiora

Fiora is not a problem. She has lots of damage and most Fiora players rush pure ad and no armor pen. PERFECT! Always let her start the trading fight and you will outdamage her a lot more. But be careful from ganks. She is quite strong if she is assisted.

Gangplank

GP can be a bit of a problem. He will go for thunderlord's or grasp of the undying, both doing magic damage. His ultimate also does magic damage and his W will prevent you from stunning him. Though his poke with Q will be pretty much useless. His barrels do some damage on you since they have lots of armor pen. Good thing is that you will be a really hard target for him to kill you. If you manage to trade him in lane and sustain, you're good.

Gnar

He will poke you, thats all he will do. Let him push you to tower and farm under it, but he will still poke you. Don't try to trade him while he's in mini form, since he is mobile. His poke damage will be very weak against your armour. Start trading him when he goes mega form, you will definitely outdamage him.

Illaoi

I can't tell you much about it because I never faced Illaoi with Taric. But I assume that she will beat you a ton on 1v1.

Irelia

She will be a huge pain once she gets lvl 6 and all in you with her true damage from her W. Play smart, let her push and ask for ganks. If you have level and item advantage over her, you're cool.

Jayce

Jayce will be annoying match. He will poke you a ton then all in you with his hammer stance and run away. Try to land stun when he switches to hammer and fight him! You will outdamage him for sure! His damage on you will decrease with your build. Later you will stomp him until this guy quits his lane and start doing the jungle :D

Kled

Easy matchup fam. Kled is a champion with a lot close combat power, which is a huge advantage to you. Always let him start the trade and chase him away.

Pantheon

Absolutely nothing to worry about here. He will poke you with his Q, doing absolutely no damage whatsoever , consuming his entire mana pool. If he tries to 1v1 you, he will regret it.

Renekton

I put this to extremely easy difficulty level because fighting against Renekton is what Taric is all about. He has absolutely no chance to out-trade you even when he's lvl 6. His damage is purely ad and will barely tickle you while you're bashing the sh*t out of him with your passive.

Riven

Same thing as Renekton, but landing your stun might be challenging since she is very mobile. Dont worry about her though, she won't be able to do anything to you as long as she's alone.

Olaf

Problematic at the late stage of your laning phase. If he builds Botrk he will become a problem. You can simply beat him early game with your armor power.

Trundle

Trundle is a born duelist. Absolutely no chance to beat you before he hits level 6 though. His ultimate will beat you though, it does a lot of magic damage and he will outsustain you in a fight, though you will be very very very hard to kill.

Tryndamere

Piece of cake. You can fap with your other hand while laning against this stupid champion. He will be a problem for your turrets though. What he will try to do is push as much as he can. On 1v1, you win with almost full health.

Wukong

Yasuo

Same as tryndamere. Avoiding his tornadoes or not doesnt make a difference at all. I might swap my 2nd item with Randuin's if he somehow magically manages to kill you. This will decrease his crit with even 10% more, making it 20% less crit damage with his passive.

Yorick

This will be a very though lane. His 1v1 power is probably the best in the game. With is ultimate avoid any fight with him!
