The most effective way to play with this build is to use your Q as your main source of damage. This build also increases your basic attack to a relatively hard hitter. The last but not least this build combos into a wicked mushroom killer. In most games well placed mushrooms should get u at least two random kills.

Anyway I am not here to ********* you and tell you my way is the best. Just try out the build, have fun and remember everything you do will piss off the other team. :)
