This build is made as an offtank/bruiser Singed. I dont want to only have one ap item (RoA), but I don't want to remove the tankiness and "hard to kill" nature of Singed.

Runes are straightforward MPen Marks for extra damage. AR Seals for more early game tankiness and MR/lvl glyphs for late game tankiness.

I go 0/21/9 on Singed. this makes early laning easier for Singed as he is more tanky and mobile at the start. I dont believe in putting 21 points in utility as only going down to movement speed will really benefit Singed. Also, in Offense I dont recommend putting any points in there as Singed is meant to tank anyway. However, you can put 1 point in Offense if you decide to run and/or .

I max before the slow because I want to maximize my damage output in the early/mid stages of the fight. I am usually fast enough with my and to catch enemies so a bigger slow from is unnecessary.

I use Teleport for Singed to get back to lane faster and farm. You can also use and , but i use to make up for early game farm when Singed is at his weakest (lvls 1-5).
