Eh, I think this systems kinda stupid. Like it or not, I have a point here :P
He voted based on something that isn't true = unfair on me/my guide.

It might be unfair, but it's his vote and he is allowed to use it.
I'll quote what Matt has said about this;
We will only revoke votes if we find proof that the user has circumvented system protections, such as in an effort to vote multiple times on same content. This is against the site rules.
Further, there are a number of situations commonly reported as "troll votes" that we will NOT take action against. This includes (but is not limited to);
1) Voter did not provide a valid defense or explanation (meaningless comments).
2) Voter misunderstood an aspect of the guide.
3) Author disagrees with voter's opinion.
4) Voter is rude in their comment.
The point of the voting system is to try to gain an accurate measurement of the general reader opinion of the content on the site for the purpose of ranking. If the voter misunderstood or disliked some aspect of your guide, others will too, and so their vote is representative and necessary. We may moderate the comments themselves if they are nasty, but we will not delete the associated vote.
To be clear; we will not be deleting any votes unless we can find proof that the voter broke site rules by attempting to circumvent system protections.

Why shouldn't he be allowed to use it in a slanderous and unfair way? If it's his opinion I guess he's allowed to voice it. It's the same thing: Why did Bush get elected? Well people have their opinions and they voiced it.

If your guide truly is good, it will get the +1s it deserves.
If you're annoyed, go downvote guides you dislike, and upvote the ones you do like so the preferences of "******s" are shot down like birds out of the sky.
You can argue all you want, but they can't do anything if the majority thinks their idea is BS.
My Heimerdinger build sat around in ambiguity for a good 2~3 monthes.
One of my first commentors said I didn't know what I was talking about. Now it's the top Heimer guide in this site. :)

Jet, you might say stupid builds, some might be, but anything that strays from your prefference is stupid to you :P ^_^.
But yeah, it's his opinion that flash should be the one in your build/guide's choice (this means the 2 summoner spells you have picked, not the optional).
I don't get the problem though, i've had people post i don't like it without any other comment in my guides.
I have even seen people post i like cookies with a -1 on certain builds.
Trolls, flamers, etc are all opinions (their point of view could be wrong yea but they are still opinions).
