Additionally, there's a little bit of strategy that goes into the player drafts, so having a smaller pool of people be captains would allow for them to have more experience drafting players, and will allow them to make the best possible choice more often. Also, it'd reduce the amount of times we'd have to teach new captains the rules. Perhaps the right thing to do is just have a smaller pool of available captains, and if people want to be captain, they can ask, and I can teach them the rules of the draft some time before the next inhouses start. Regarding your point about voice comms, what do you think we can change to improve the communications? I was trying to be a little relaxed with the voice comms programs that people can use so as to not scare them away from inhouses :P[/quote]
