Did the changes hurt the item that much so that [[Jarvan IV]] and [[Lee Sin]] buy [[Skirmisher's Sabre]]?[/quote] It's better for 1v1 and during ganks. I don't think it's great but when you want to constantly be ganking and fighting it's good.[/quote]
