:) 1700 swear to god I've only played one champ and that is vlad mid since 1500 the whole time and singed once in a duo lane

No wonder why he's so high elo. He's playing Vlad one the cheesiest champions out there with Karthus. Don't want to sound rude or anything, but anyone half decent with vlad or kart can hit 2k. I refuse to play those 2 champs in ranked.

They've actually nerfed Teemo several time, unlike Kart and Vlad. Your point being? Teemo takes skill. Not just spamming qqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqr.
