Sure thing. Urgot is at his full potential when played as a heavy dps in the early games and transaction into a impenetrable tank.
First, you should build Tear of the Goddess ASAP, as he does have some serious mana problems. Next, get Boots of Speed, but don't upgrade them yet, because boots are always situational.
Then, The Brutalizer for the damage and upgrade your Tear of the Goddess to Manamune.
That is pretty much the build for Urgot early game.
