She might be tier 1 in bronze solo queue because players don't know how to deal with her. Blitz is pretty much the same as katarina. He's pretty underwhelming in every aspect except in low level play[/quote]

If you want to be able to comment on something, you should probably do a little research first. [[katarina]] is one of those champs who is quite team dependent, as in, she's a champion that needs a few components to be built around her to be really effective. She can struggle a lot during laning and is also shutdown in teamfights against champions that carry strong CC, particularly [[lissandra]], who is very popular right now. As such, she's a pretty risky pick. [[Blitzcrank]] is more of a cheese pick, tbh. You have to be really skilled at [[blitzcrank]] in order for him to be a strong pick (see Madlife when he played a lot of [[Blitzcrank]]).[/quote]
