Why not just make it so that after making an account, you have to wait 24 hours or something to vote?

Then the people who have genuine feedback or the ones who make an account just to tell you the guide is good would be forced to be involved.
I don't really think C2V works anyway. Some people just click the -1 and type '.' and the vote still goes through. Hell I'm pretty sure just clicking the space bar would work >.> Also, how long does it take to type 'bad build'? Less than 2 seconds. ^ Because it causes inflated scores, guides get stuck at #1 and everyone is too afraid to downvote for fear of retaliation. Mobafire had permanent C2V once, before I was even a member.
That said, this still happens in the current system. :P
