Legacy Skins Return!

I think you're mistaking "Legacy" to "Limited Edition" Limited Edition skins (pre2011 holiday skins, world event skins, skins like Human Ryze, Black Alistar) are never available to anyone ever now, people who have them are unique little snowflakes[/quote]
