Eve still a bit up to me. Xin is strong though, very strong. A bit like riven in that you build high damage items on him and he melts opponents. But he needs tankyness, since he has none naturally.
I agree with TiensiNoAkuma (who posted a Xin game with commentary) that high damage is better than high attackspeed since as is easier to shut down than damage. And in lane he does one or two q hits on minions before e on opponent and then pop up next hit for free escape.

For me, Sheen and Phage are enough damage for early ganks, rushing Trinity Force is for me the key to play him, then he no longer needs any damage items, maybe Last Whisper lategame.

I would prob just go wriggles and trinity and ur good.
Then Randuin's Omen , Guaridan angel and other def items.
