Nautilus is as op as jarvan was before the nerfs.
Jarvan does quite bit dmg where naut is all cc little dmg. Unless you play him ap where he will die instantly. |

Yea, but if she does get it, it is so hard to lane against her. Especially when the jungler doesn't need that blue, like
 Lee Sin.
