Champions I never see going mid and wonder why.

No real major CC. Annie's ratios - 0.7 0.75 0.7 She has an AoE STUN, and most of her damage is instant. Her W, though cone damage, for example, hits immediately. None of Lux's abilities do that. They're all relatively easy to land. As I say, the ratios are low in relation to difficulty. Since both are burst mages, and Annie's skills are on far lower cooldowns, and Annie has higher bases, it's clear who's the superior choice. Lux in a lane isn't bad. It's her late game where she falls off. Of course, it's not hard to land her abilities, nor is it hard to land many abilities in this game, though having a point and click ability is assured damage, a good laner can dodge many skillshots. Assured damage >>>> anything with even a small chance of being dodged.[/quote]
