Katarina dies pretty easily if you CC her during her ult, which she stands still for.
Annie is actually pretty useful though.
I feel like you haven't played enough ARAM, or enough League in general, to form an accurate opinion on what's really OP.

Your opinions are so wrong. Everyone you listed as useless is useful and everyone you listed as OP (apart from
Katarina) are super weak.
The point of ARAM is that it is Random. Jayce Nidalee Cait on one team? well you are going to learn how to with stand pokes that's for sure.
Individual Champs aren't OP in ARAM. neither are actual compositions as long as you know what you are doing (which i would assume that you don't)
Bottom Line: Individual Skill trumps Individual picks. Team Skill is more important than Team Composition.

If my theories are incorrect than ARAM has TERRIBLE MATCHMAKING.

Sirnikolai- You are super new to this game, please wait until you hit level 30 before you make such bold statements. Also those stats mean nothing, because that sample size is way too small+ you have to realize that your own lack of skill is also impairing these stats...

Riven can be strong if she cheeses a few kills here and there and Tryndamere can be a downright nightmare if you don't have a proper comp to deal with it ( Master Yi can be a lot more scary though). Siege-type ADCs are downright broken on the map provided they're not against 3-4 assassins or waveclear mages. Katarina is like Riven and need to cheese kills to get the ball rolling. Annie is fine, strong, even.
But you haven't even listed ACTUAL OP champions on Howling Abyss. Man, champs like Jayce, Fiddlesticks and Nidalee are in Leagues of their own.
