And he also fills the role of the Marksman, even though he doesn't actually do the role himself. He's designed to neutralize the enemy ADC.[/quote]

Not to even mention "Assassin" and "Urgot" paired as if it's compatible.. Urgot is an anti-carry. His kit was pretty broken in botlane paired with a half-decent Soraka Mana Botmaster so they decided to go with the "no legs" thing and broke him instead. He has good dps but no mobility and a pretty horrible early game. -- About Veigar, it's exactly as Vorcia said: Veigar can become scary if he casts his Qs on you. The laners that bone him are mainly higher range mages played by people competent enough to both hit him and stay out of [[event horizon]] so they don't get boned, or extremely mobile ad assassins. And [[fizz]] if he has impecable timing.[/quote]
