Introduction
Ashe is a recommended ADC because of being an easy-to-use champ. She is excellent at kiting enemies and has good crowd control. But their are also downsides s well, like being prone to ganks, etc. I hope that by reading this guide, you can learn some better ways on how to play Ashe.
BTW, It's already complete! But I will still be updating this whenever necessary.
Enjoy^^
- Easy to use
- Good crowd control
- You can reveal invisible terrain with Hawkshot
- Good farming with W and Hawkshot's passive
- The Enchanted Crystal Arrow, if used wisely, can turn teamfights in your favor.
- Squishy
- Prone to ganks, due to having low mobility and no escapes.
- Landing Enchanted Crystal Arrow properly needs practice.
- Has no "self-buffing" skill (like M.F's Impure Shots).
Runes
As an ADC, we will need both damage, and survival. In order to reach that goal, we must make sure we use primary runes, to spend our IP in an optimal way. Above, you can see attack damage Marks and Quints, which will give you good bonus damage for the start of the game. As for the other two, I used flat armor seals and flat magic resist glyphs, which can help you survive your lane more.
Gives armor that can absorb pretty much damage. A really good summoner spell for ADCs since they are the ones who's always the focus of the enemy team (aside from the APC) at teamfights. |
A good summoner spell for chasing, getting out of trouble, or simply trolling around(that's a joke^^) |
You can also choose Cleanse, since it can save and protect you from any disables like Ignite.
Item Sequence
Doran's Blade is a good starting item for hitters, everyone knows that. It gives damage, health, and you gain health every time you hit an enemy, allowing good trade of hits. I normally buy this as starting items for ashe. You can also buy this later on if you started with the "Boots Start".
Item Sequence
This is also a good start for Ashe. Providing bonus movement speed, obviously, and 450 health in reserve. Having this build will let you start with the build you're going for your boots (the berseker's greaves), and will help you hold onto your lane with a little added sustain.
Core items
Item Sequence
These are the core items I mainly build for Ashe. Which provides additionalattack speed, crit, heavy damage, and a good amount of armor pen.
Struggle to farm hard and then get B. F. Sword the first time you go back to base to give your enemies some real damage at early game, but it's also okay if you simply can't. Instead, the first build you should go for is Zeal, since you got enough damage from your runes, you now need to provide attack speed and crit for the items first.
Final Items
Item Sequence
These items should always be included at your inventory at either mid or late game. Infinity Edge gives you a heavy amount of bonus damage and crit, while Phantom Dancer gives bonus attack speed, crit, a movement speed multiplier and a passive that lets you avoid unit collision(the same thing that you get from Ghost. If you could farm really good, it would be better if you could build this items earlier, since the crits stacks with Ashe's passive and it gives you really good bonus stats.
Example of a Complete and Final Build
Item Sequence
Here it is! An example of a complete build. As you can see, I did replaced Statikk Shiv with Phantom Dancer.I added Banshee's Veil that provides you with morehealth and mana plus a passive that blocks one enemy spell, which is good item for making you last more on teamfights. But unless you're good at staying out of trouble, you need not replace anything.
Max Ashe's Volley first because you will be needing it more on harassing and teamfights. But don't forget to get Frost Shot every after getting Volley because Volley's slow will also be depending on Frost Shot, even if your Q is not activated.
