Pros
+ Her abilities allow her to escape most ganks
+ Good attack animation
+ Clockwork Windup Allows her to do a good amount of damage early game
Cons
- Lets face it, AP Orianna is better
Current Skill Sequence
-I max out E first becasue it gives a good amount of Armor and Magic resist. Not only that but it gives a good shield. If you add that with your support's heal/shield, it comes out to a lot of extra "health."
-Next I level my W to level 3 to get a decent movement speed boost to escape/chase others.
-The reason I max out Q instead of W is to get more Trinity Force procs.

Alternative
-Again max out your E-This time max out your W so that you can get a good speed boost for Chasing and Escaping.
Seal of Resilience-Good for surviving against the opposing AD carry
Glyph of Warding-For survivability
OR
Glyph of Potency-I would recommend you use these GLyphs. It will cause all of your abilites to do more damage, and make your passive a wee bit stronger.
Quintessence of Potency-More damage overall.

I will not go in depth on the masteries. I take standard AD masteries, but instead of Defense, I get Utility for the extra mana, movement speed, and increased buff duration.
Trinity Force-This is a good well rounded item. It gives all the things Orianna would need. Alot of your damage comes from this item.
Infinity Edge-This is a good Item on AD carries in general
Zeke's HeraldZeke's Herald-This item not only gives you attack speed, lifesteal, health, and cooldown reduction. This allows you to get your Trinity Force procs more. Also, the aura will help your entire team.
Bloodthirster-Another good item for AD carries in general.

Other Good Items
Phantom Dancer-If you do not like Zeke's Herald, this is a good item as a substitue. It will make you super fast with Trinity Force and you will have a very good crit chance.
Guardian Angel-If you are having trouble surviving during team fights in late game, this is a good item.
Black Cleaver-Good for doing lots more damage to low armor champions. It's a well rounded item.
Last Whisper-If the opposing team is stacking armor, then get this item.
Maw of Malmortius-If the enemy team has a fed AP champion or just lots of magic damage in general, this is a good item to buy.
Wit's End-This is another alternative to Zeke's Herald if you are having trouble against magic damage.
Banshee's Veil- I personally do not like this item, but feel free to buy it if you want to.
Wriggle's Lantern- I feel that it is better to just rush your Trinity Force instead of getting this item. Although, if you are having trouble early game, you can buy it.
Sona- Because Orianna has a pretty good shield, Sona can focus on maxing her Hymn of Valor. This allows good burst/harrass damage in the bot lane. Not only that, but the persistent aura from her Q gives not only AD, but AP as well, making you even MORE powerful!
Lulu-Lulu is a strong support in general. She can either max her Help, Pix! for the strong shield, or Whimsy, for the good AP boost and movement speed bonus.
Taric- Taric is a good support for any bursty AD carries. I'm not sure what to say for him... But I have had lots of success while playing with a taric.
Nunu & Willump- The movement speed and attack speed buff is nice for it will help get your Clockwork Windup stacks up faster. His slow will also help land your ability combo more easily.
This is one of the most crucial parts of AD Orianna, this will make or break her game.
- Of course you want to make sure you get lots of farm
- Make sure you do a good job of using your Command: Protect. Good use of this skill can give you a very good advantage
- Be aggressive. If you know the enemy jungler will not gank you right at the start, when you get to level 2, feel free to be aggressive. It is very likely that you will get the better trade if you get enough auto-attacks off.
- If you are nervous about the enemy support, keep your ball in their brush.
Because you are an AD carry, you want to make sure you stay in the back of the team and try to get as many auto-attacks off as you can. You also want to make sure you use your abilities accordingly.
If the enemy team has good gap closers and you are being focused...
- If you are being focused down and the enemy has good gap closers, make sure to use Command: Dissonance to keep distance from them.
- Make sure you kite your enemy
- If needed, use Command: Shockwave to pull the enemies away from you
If the enemy team cannot focus you well and doesnt have gap closers...
- Try to get to more important targets if possible
- Use your abilities more aggressively
