as blitz you want to harass with an aa e combo. at early levels this will do a lot of damage and you can take advantage of them when they are low. W up to them AA E keep AA if they fight back keep on AA and using your E and W when they come off cd. once they run Q them and finish with an e

mid/late game

because you maxed your w first you should have a lot of attack speed and movement speed. because of this you can split push very well. if u have muramana then it should be easy to kill your lane partner. because of the active your e and aa will do a ton of damage with the armor penitration you should have no trouble clrearing turrets and chmaps
