Hiho all! My name is Sancas, from Spain, and this is my first build guide.
First of all I must thank to DannyMagick for writing the build in which I have based on: Amumu: The Tank Slayer.
To continue I must say that this build is NOT the final one. I must keep on playing with it to improve ^^
This build is under construction, but you still can test it and coment to improve it, TY!!
This section is devoted to show the events related to this build, such as future changes on it, and such.
Firs of all: I'll create another parts of this guide with the Situational Item's (read more in the Items section) so you will see the difference between the base one and the others.
To continue, I'll keep on investigating while playing to improve it but, in this last 2 days i played 30 times with Amumu: 22 Win, 8 Lose, so you can see that is not a really bad build guide, isn't?
Dont forget... to forgive my bad english, i need to learn more, so sorry me :D
And, finally: August is here, holidays are a must, so see you in september ;)
The item selection (and item buying sequence) is not immovable. There are some "situational" items.

Remember, my friend, Amumu (at this build) is not an assasin, not a real tank... Maybe a hibryd between them, but the great potential of this build appears when you are with a teammate, then you can rush 'em together!!!
About the runes I'm not really sure of my selection. I need to play more with Amumu to see what could be the best choice.
Playing I realize how some features of Amumu needs to grow:
Coldown reduction (specially for Bandage Toss and the Ultimate: Curse of the Sad Mummy)
Of course everybody wants Armor and Magic Resistance but, with the "situational items" and making a couple of changes, you can reach 75% Armor or 75% Magic Resistance.
But, as I say, I'm not sure of my selection, let me play more and more, hehehe :)
Remember: I'm open to receive all advices from you :)
As you can see, this build is oriented to comfortable farming.
Despair + Sunfire Cape + Will of the Ancients = Costless farming
In the other hand, if you are in a teamfight and you activate Despair and executing Tantrum all times you can, it rewards a nice amount of health. That can make you a primary objective for enemy team. So your teammates can have a chance to rush them while you stand regenerating health and making them angry ^^
Why have I chosen these spells?
It can be used to chase an oponent who wants to scape from your Bandage Toss, or to run out if you can't handle the situation.
For me is better than Ghost and another spells. Because it can make you dodge an Ashe's Enchanted Crystal Arrow, be out of Nunu's Absolute Zero (or Caitlyn's Ace in the Hole if you are not so close) and more...
The Amumu's mate on the lane can be a DPS (melee or ranged) or a support champion (not really recomended)
To get the a great potential of this build, his partner must be an AP champ (or hybrid, but the one who needs AP). Why? Your Will of the Ancients gives an aura of AP and Spell Vamp, very usefull for fast farming and for 2vs2 fights (to regen life together and being harder to kill)
How does this build guide look like? Awsome? Terrible? Another build like other thousands? You dont care about it because you arrived by mistake xD?
