Choice making
Getting engaged on: If you can counter cc engage back at your target because fiora has insane burst damage.
Engaging on your opponent: All you need to do is kite around to get your passive and ult off.
Lane matchup
Long sword or Doran's Blade should work against a meelee squishy matchup.
Farming
Crystaline Flask start isn't as easy as a AD item start, just make sure you push your lane because farming under turret is a pain.
