Introduction

Hello everybody! This one is my first and i think the best build on Mobafire. Those 2 others suck ;/
I play Garen a lot of time, and i think im good with this champion, so i thought i may share my strategy for other players.

Spells

You don't need to take ignite, i prefer it for solo top, when the enemy has a solo top too. Heal is not recommended, cause of Garens passive, meditation isnt required, cause garen has no mana. You may take exhaust only if u not gonna buy frozen malet, cause u'll have no slows then.

Items

Garen dont needs much armor and magic resist, cause of the passive of his "W", and he needs lots of HP for his passive, thats why the only armor items are Atmas Impaler and Sunfire Cape. Frozen Malet is usefull, cause Garen has no slows. Warmogs Armor is good for your passive.
