Well, you've come to the right place. Hi, I'm toastr, and I've played singed since season 3. Over 3 different accounts, I have close to 1,500,000 mastery points on him. I know the ins and the outs for him, I've one tricked pony him for multiple seasons, and I know that you want to know how to build him, what his match-ups look like, and how to play him.
