Why Jungle Taric?

Runeglaive allows taric to clear very eaily, and his kit is very good for ganks with the point and click stun.

Taric has very high sustain.

Spells Runes Mastery

Shatter is good AoE damage and a short cooldown, which is more efficient to max first than dazzle which costs more mana for the same amount of damage.

Runes - Armor is good. CDR because that means more CDR with the passive, jungle is ideal because taric can always auto attack after casting a spell.

Mastery - Standard Def, with one offensive point and the 5 utility to make some use of the bonus mana he gains and turn this into regen.
