I ended up trying this because I'm a jungler, but I wanted to play a mage for once.
Veigar could actually survive the jungle camps, and it was incredibly fun to play.

I wouldn't go running into any ranked games though with this immediatly, but if you like unusual picks, jungling, and building tons of damage, this is probably for you.
Also stealing kills is quite easy if you're into that kind of stuff :D

Stun the enemy, wait for your team to do the damage, and then use your Q or R to steal the kill.

After that open /all chat and make fun of your enemies, and remember to write "rekt"

When you gank, you can use your W on a minion wave for an instant 100 gold.

Your teammate on said lane might flame you for this, but you can always spam /d or /l to make fun of the situation.

I usually hotkey laugh to my mouse scroll for these purposes.

Start a camp with your W, and then burst them.

I can't believe I'm instructing you to do this.

Also remember to lasthit with your Q, this gives you permanent Ability Power.

By using this you'll easily get to challenger in no time.

After your inevitable victory, remember to honor the enemy team by saying "gg easy"
