If Vayne plays right, you dominate lane, and she scales very well into late game. Your move speed/attack speed buff + CC gives Vayne a lot of room to proc her damage.
Aphelios
Infernum + Nami E can be a pretty good duo. Aphelios' are usually fun to play with provided that they understand his kit. Nami helps set him up for his purple gun's active skill, which is quite nice. She gives him a bit of sustain + protects him so he can scale. He pairs better with other enchanters or an engage support who can get him a strong lead, but I think he has a good synergy with Nami.
Kai'Sa
Kai'sa is a bit short range, but I think she procs Nami E okay. It can be difficult to set Kai'sa up for kills unless you land a bubble. She likes engage supports better, but she does pretty well with the extra speed.
Ziggs
Nami is really strong with APCs. Ziggs is... a champ with AP that can carry. He procs E well and he benefits decently from it.
Ezreal
He doesn't really proc Nami E. He's good for trading, but I find the personality and gameplay habits of most Ezreal players difficult. A lot of Ezreal players benefit from hard shoving because they do so much to tower, and they tend to commit hard when they blink in if their flash is down. A safe Ezreal player who pokes but doesn't insist on playing him like an all-in ADC is a strong synergy, but I find most of them just want to perma-push and perma-fight. His skill procs aren't particularly fast either, he doesn't benefit much from attack speed, so it can be pretty meh to lane with him.
Draven
Auto-based with strong all-in. If you land your CC and give Draven the E movement speed, this is a kill lane if you get the right opportunity to fight. There's decent lane sustain and fight survivability with a mentally sound Draven, in my opinion. Draven players can tilt really easily though, so be careful with stealing kills, and not ending up weakside early so that the Draven doesn't tilt. As long as the Draven doesn't tilt, even a toxic Draven can provide a lot of value from just autos.
Cassiopeia
Strong APC potential. Cass really likes the extra E slow as well.
Lucian
Everybody knows the drill with the Electrocute cheese. Nami is a great support for Lucian throughout laning phase and they can snowball really easily. The problem for me is that you can't rely on all Lucian players. Still, due to champ synergy, even taking Aery Mandate will provide a lot of burst damage.
Xayah
Xayah loves attack speed, she loves the slow you give, and movement speed. Plus she has pretty good set up for your CC while playing pretty safe after she gets her R.
Twitch
He procs Nami E pretty well with his ult. A well timed Q pre-6 means you can burst the enemy down quickly provided you're trading well so you won't completely lose lane just because he's weaker early. You scale very well together since Nami makes up for Twitch's weaker laning phase and helps him as he gets stronger mid game. I think Twitch benefits more from other enchanters, but Nami pairs very well with him.
Zeri
Zeri pairs well with Nami electrocute if she lands her abilities even after the nerf.
Tristana
Strong all-in. Tristana lanes can tend to perma-push which is dangerous since you're both squishy.
Kalista
No.
Hecarim
Hecarim pairs really well with Shurelya's Nami because of the move speed, but he also does well with Mandate Nami because her E provides him with extra move speed plus damage. He's a fun jungler to play with since he can do a bit of tanking for you too.
Ashe
She does well with Nami's buffs and her slow is good for a Q set-up. Nami is good for peeling Ashe because of the move speed buff + her CC + giving Ashe's autos slows to help her kite.
Sejuani
Nami really likes having a front line to thrive. Nami likes having someone else be the primary engage while providing peel/follow up CC. Sejuani is a tank that provides a ton of CC. Sejuani benefits from the move speed Nami gives her + Mandate's extra damage. I think Sejuani top/jungle can be very fun to play with.
Varus
Varus' poke benefits from Nami's E, but I don't think that she really pokes as well as some of his better synergies + they don't have that much kill pressure. Varus helps set up for Nami CC, but laning + post-laning can still be difficult just because of how Varus plays.
Samira
Samira/Nami is a kill lane in extended fights where Nami can consistently land her CC and help Samira stick to enemies with her move speed buff. Given that Nami's CC is relatively hard to land, this type of dominance really isn't that common, and Samira does better with other supports. Samira isn't as good with trading as some other ADCs as well.
Jhin
He's fun to play with because he sets up well for Qs. His ammo reload mechanic can provide some trouble. It doesn't always synergize well with E (if reloads are necessary) so make sure to time your E casts based off his bullet count.
Seraphine
Not bad synergy, your ults synergize well with each other. Seraphine provides more value to Nami when played as ADC vs mid-lane because played together there's a lot of sustain and poke. With CC up, there's decent kill potential. The main problem is that you're both squishy and will die if engaged on too hard.
Senna
Senna's long range is pretty good for E. I think she's usually weaker early and doesn't try for all-ins, so you can't really rely on her that much during laning.
Jinx
Jinx likes extra move speed. E gives Jinx a lot of what she wants. Nami sets up well for Jinx's abilities. Nami can also peel a fed Jinx decently well.
Ahri
Fun APC that can dominate lane. Good synergy for mid ganks because of Ahri's combos.
Nilah
It's difficult to tell now. Nilah's R is good set-up for and good paired with Nami R. The extra experience from healing/shielding is great. Nilah's windwall is decent as well. They have some good all-ins, but it depends a lot on how lane is played. It's not a game breaking or giga-high pressure lane combo.
Akshan
It could be better, could be worse. He doesn't say no to Nami E, but he doesn't desperately need it either. Akshan pairs better with hard CC as an ADC imo.
Sivir
Sivir can proc Nami's E fairly well. When Sivir hits her item spikes, there's a lot of kill potential.
Brand
Brand APC procs Nami E like nobody's business. The only concern would be peeling and scaling, but you can peel for each other as supports. Brand scales well with levels so he's okay even if behind. He might not do as much as regular ADCs depending on the build/runes, but like Ashe, this is a pretty easy Q lane.

Mostly, this guide was written for myself. It's a short compendium of all my Nami gameplay thoughts for me to refer to. I've kept a few notes in my head and in the in-game item section, but I thought I might miss out on some details that I'd catch if I wrote them down ahead of time.
