if you are purple team start smiteless blue ask your support to tank it level cause ryze jugnle is squishy level 1
if yo uare blue team start smiteless red and ask the same from your support (do not spend many mana cause you do not have blue buff so you do not have many mana regen be careful to have at least 170 mana when you are gone from blue buff so you can slain red without tones of tones of damage taking from blue :D )
then try to gank mid or top (if you are purple go top because the steps from red's purple side team are fewer than blue's blue side team) farm his lane till you are 4 then recall buy spirit stone or tears if you get a fb or kill
