Unseen Threat is your passive ability, whenever the enemy team has no vision of you Kha'Zix will gain unseen threat causing his next basic attack to slow and deal bonus magic damage to the next enemy champion he hits.
Taste Their Fear is your Q and your main source of damage, it also marks any enemy's that are isolated from their team. This means that they are not near any teammates allowing you a safer kill. Taste Their Fear also deals more damage to any isolated enemy's, making Kha'Zix a strong 1v1 champion.
Void Spike is your W, it shoots out a skill shot nuke that damages enemy's within the blast radius and if you are within range of the explosion it heals you based on your AP.
Leap is your E, better know as your gap closer and escape mechanism. it will damage any enemy's within the radius of where you land and can get you over walls but this can be a little hard to manage.
Void Assault is your R, when activated Kha'Zix goes stealth for 1 second and can be activated a second time within 10 seconds. Additionally when leveling this ability allows you to evolve your other ability's. (see Evolving)

If there is a Rengar on the enemy team who has bonetooth necklace get ready for battle. Because if he kills you or gets an assist off you when you are both level 18 bonetooth necklace will change into Head of Kha'zix giving him a max bonetooth necklace. Now how is this a good thing? Well you can also benefit off of this as well. Because if you get a kill or assist off of Rengar at level 18 while he has bonetooth necklace you will gain a 4th evolution point. Allowing you to evolve your last ability.
When ever Kha'Zix levels his ultimate he can then evolve one of his other ability's Taste Their Fear, Void Spike, or Leap.
In my opinion you should always evolve Taste Their Fear first, it will deal bonus damage to champions and increase your attack range.
Next i like to evolve Leap it will help you get in and out of fights and when ever you get a kill or assist its cool down refreshes, this can be very useful when chasing or if you need to tower dive.
Evolving spike racks will cause it to fire 3 spikes instead of one, it also apply s your passive Unseen Threat to any enemy's hit. It also allows you to push lanes and farm easily but if you have Unseen Threat casting this on minions will get rid of the buff.
If you seem to be getting focused and Leap isn't enough you can evolve Void Assault it allows you to go stealth 3 times instead of 2 and you take 40% reduced damage while stealth-ed.

Mobility Boots & Ionian Boots of Lucidity now here is where you will need to make a choice. Mobility Boots can help you get to where you need to go but if your hit you will lose your movement speed bonus. if you like the idea of movement speed but just dont care for Mobility Boots then you can trade them in for Boots of Swiftness. Ionian Boots of Lucidity can be very helpful when needing shorter cool downs. especially when combined with Taste Their Fear allowing you to almost spam it.
wriggles lantern is what you will need if jungling or soloing top lane. it gives you some AD life-steal, armor, deals bonus damage to minions/monsters and can be used as a sight ward. It bothers me when i see people with this item and don't use the sight ward part of it.
Trinity Force This item is ridiculous on Kha'Zix it gives movement/attack speed with Zeal some AP from Sheen for Unseen Threat and the heal on Void Spike but it will not proc with Taste Their Fear and last but not least Phage allowing your basic attacks to slow enemy targets.
Youmuu's Ghostblade Upon activating this item it will give you bonus movement and attack seed, this will help you get into battle and get out faster especially if combined with Leap. Get this item during mid-late game because you will want Avarice Blade for the free gold per 10 seconds.
Infinity Edge Buying this item will grant some heavy AD and crit-chance and will cause your crits to deal more damage.
Bloodthirster if your getting allot of kills or if your fed up the @$$ then this item is a must have. Every time you get a kill you will gain a stack granting 1 ad and 1% life-steal. but if you are killed you will lose half of your stacks.
Black Cleaver buying this item can be verry useful if the enemy team is stacking armor, it causes your basic attacks to lower their armor by 15 for 5 seconds (stacking up to three times) it can even lower their armor to 0 if their stupid enough. but if you do not care much for this item you cal always replace it with Last Whisper
Maw of Malmortius this item can be very beneficial because of its two unique passives. The first one giving you a shield for 400 magic damage if you are about to take damage that would leave you below 30% health. This effect can help defend you against ability's such as Karthus's Requiem, Ezreal's Trueshot Barrage and Teemo's Noxious Trap. Its other passive will give you +1 AD for every 2.5% of health you are missing. This can help out allot if you are getting focused allowing you to gain more damage as the enemy try's to wail on you.
