Im HioPio. Ive played for about a year, and Shyvana was one of the first champion that I bought. Ive played her jungle in many ways, with warrior, cinderhulk even Runeglaive. But Devourer works the best, atleast if u want to do some dmg. I hope u give my first guide some feedback so I know what i can do better and what I did wrong. This guide can be used in ranked, or in ranked teams with your friends for some awesome wombo combos.
I usualy go for flash and smite. These are the best summonerspells according to me. Flash over a wall and ult them for a suprising wombo combo for the enemy team.
But if u are against healing champs like Mundo, then pick the ignite instead of flash. Your ult is like a bigger flash, except if there is an enemy in front of u then u stop. And after u got Sated Devourer u easily stack up your fury.
If u are so unlucky to go against high mobile champions like Quinn and so on, then pick ghost. U look alost like a flying dragon (Not really but it would be funny if Rito did that).
I build dmg first, tank later. Works fine against most teams. But some teams u have to build some tankiness. Shyvanas E Flame breath makes your attacks do % max health dmg, that together with BORK's % current health dmg makes a lot of % health dmg. Then the Titanic hydra makes you tankier and gives u AoE dmg. Build some tankiness depending on the enemy team. Armor or MR depending on their carries. Thornmail is great against basic attack depended champions.
The full dmg build I wont recommend in ranked, only and only if u are so far ahead that they have 0 chance of comeback. Just buy dmg, like there is no limit, so just build what u think is good against the other team. It will put them into the ground but u are very squishy.
W, Q, E. Thats the order u max in. W for the amazing clear, Q for the auto reset and double auto. E last cuase it scales of AP and its % max health dmg doesnt go up when u put points into E. Off course put a point into your ult when u can. Use your ult mostly for teamfighting and engaging. U can use it for escaping but because its so great for teamfighting and wombo combos use it there. When u have used your ult stack that fury up again, cause with Devourer and BORK u stack that fury up fast. Almost like u ult have has a cooldown under 20 sec.
Go for 18 points in Resolve, where you keystone should be Grasp of the Undying. It does well with your Attack Speed, u will regain lots of health. I then go for the Ferocity, cause I think its better then the Utility.
If u are going for the full ad Shyvana, pick Fervor of the battle or Thunderlords Decree.
These runes are the ones that works best for me. Attack Speed Quints for faster clear and stacking that % health dmg. AD marks makes your autos actually do some dmg. Then the MR Glyphs for protection against AP, and the Armor Seals against AD.
U can switch out the Seals and Glyphs if u feel safe.
Start with Golems, then if u feel like u have health enough go for Red. If not then take Raptors, so u have smite for Red. If u are too low for a gank take Scuttle, see if any lanes are gankable. If there is try to gank, either u will get kills or some summoner spells, hopefully. If u ganked eother go back or jungle some more, if u didnt gank, just jungle some more. Get Devourer stacked up quickly cause it is your power spike. Nothing more to say here really.
In teamfights u should be at the frontline chasing carries. If u are playing wombo combo team, then just use ult to start with. If u get low maybe back a little off and try to just get some health backc, if u have a tanky supp or toplaner then let them take the dmg for a while.
