if he E you you Q him and if he W you, you E him if he chases you, wait for his fury to go back to 0. If he got ulti stun him on turret or just use your W and Stun him and Slow untill it ends.

I Don't like his ulti. He does quite a bit of damage.

Sion never dies, he becomes a part of you, every time you bleed for reaching greatness relentless he survives.
Allways ban blitz because you can't save your adc if they get grabbed. Leona may be an easier opponent but still can stun you so hard. Tell your ADC to ban twitch if they aren't about to take him. Best Combo with Sion is Jhin I guess 'cause you can slow your target with your E even on a minion, Jhin will root them, and then you can Q, deal a lot of damage with your runes and Jhin will do all the remaining damage to kill them.
