Hey there fellow Leagers this is the LeagueLord519 with my 1st guide of AP Top Teemo! Right now I haven't been able to play (graphics card issues D:)but still thought I could help the League by telling the great build ideas I have had about Items in particular in the last 2 years that I've known about it. Now this is my first build so sorry for not being very specific on a lot of stuff but you get the idea that I like Auto Attacking and still feel really good when they loose chunks of health when derping around in the brush with Captain Teemo on duty.
So basically Teemo top isn't unusual but underestimated. AP can get so many weird kills from anywhere and just being out of AA range doesn't necessarily mean they go free, from poison to the shroom you hid the brush he was going to Recall in. Laning for Teemo means Lvl 1-5 is stay safe, farm, and poke when you can. But once Lvl 6 you can make Junglers sorry for trying to gank and you can start pushing 'cause AP Teemo can push as long as he wants when his Shrooms do the talking.
By Mid Game you should have a decent amount of AP CDR and AS with Guinsoo's Rageblade and a Rabadon's Deathcap. If needed in Mid with the "Group As 5 Poke Contests", then go where needed. But if your team's having a hard time with theirs and if you can keep making 1 or 2 of them have to come stop you every time you push up to the Tier 2 Turret (and eventually take it down) then that gives a little bit of slack for the rest of your team. So basically either PUSH or roam to go help out where ever needed.
Basically now you have a nearly full build with insane amounts of AP, Shrooms (that take a quarter of max HP)EVERYWHERE, and a lane that's pushed up to the Inhib Turret that the Enemy has to worry about for a forth of the game. Late game for Teemo is (at least for me) help the team by pushing and punish those who try to stop you. if they get Oracle's Elixir on the enemy team? Either get rid of it by killing them or if they're just unkillable (ie. Shaco with Deceive or Dr. Mundo 'cause he just wont die) the make sure that you place the and the entrance to the brush or if it's small enough like those tiny ones in the river (hope you understand) then they cant see it in time to kill you shrooms before they all ready hit them. Unless they all ready had vision through a Vision Ward.
So overall, AP Teemo can either push to the base or roam and make no place safe the wrath of the Shrooms!!
