Urgot's q works well for zoning most top laners early, so you want to go ahead and get tear early for the mana cost. If you don't know how it works, it's normally a skill shot which fires where your courser is pointing (its automatically on smart cast), but if you shoot out your E, the target is covered in acid which allows your q to become locked on to the target moving over minions etc. If his W is on while attacking with AA's or his Q, it slows the target by 20-40%. His ult if used right is a great engage for a top laner with your jungle to gank. you suppress your target for a short time while swapping places and slowing them while gaining Magic resist and Armor.
