Tahm Kench is a pretty op champ right now not going to lie, in most matchups you just play pretty passively and use your devour whenever your adc gets caught or your squishy in team fights. Other than that it's a pretty simple, just try to save your adc most of the laning phase if you do that you will probably win bot lane.

In team fights, just do the same as laning phase. If your team gets caught out, just hit w on them and move them to the back of the team to re position them so that you can win the fight.

Start wherever your botlane is, whether it be gromp or the krugs, after this take the buff bot side then do the other camp bot side, after this do one more camp and back to your first buy. Once you're done with that just clear your camp and look for opportunities to gank, when ganking use your tongue to slow and enemy and try to get 3 stacks on them to eat them.
