Soraka is one of my favourite supports to rank with. She is just so simple to play and safe guaranteed to win ranked games.

This is currently the best meta for Soraka support, is needed to get away or for flashing into or even silence an enemy can change the outcome of the game. is standard for most support, you may choose to have but i believe exhaust is a lot better endgame where it can cancel an enemy carry or even catch an out of place enemy to get an advantage. is less useful during teamfights due to recent nerf.

EARLY GAME
When you get your first recall try build to how ever the game is going. Usually I Faerie Charm no matter what because you will always need mana. But if your lane is really far pushed you should invest in either Sightstone or Stealth Ward. If you are really getting pushed back and always running out of mana because of healing your partner you should go for the Chalice of Harmony or Faerie Charm & Fiendish Codex. You may choose to get Vision Ward If they have a Evelynn or Twitch jungling. If you are feeling you are able to harass your opponents and not need to heal your partner that much then you should pick up Frostfang and a couple of Vision Ward.

Mid Game
By now you need to have Sightstone otherwise it means you are losing really badly. You should now
