Introduction
This is my first guide so I need advices and critics that could help me.
This guide is getting improved everyday and is for an Offtank Wukong.
In the Plague Jungles, Kong ruled as king. He could wield a unique, natural form of magic and he was driven by zealous ambition. The Plague Jungles were the ideal setting for fostering his growth - he thrived on challenges and flourished in adversity. However, when he had surmounted every obstacle and defeated every opponent, he grew restless. Worried that there was nothing left to overcome, he sought counsel with the monkey sage who lived behind the Grand Waterfall. The sage told him a tale of hairless monkeys to the north who, with wits and strength, bent the world to their will. Kong was overjoyed at the prospect of such worthy competition, and he immediately set out to the north, hoping that the sage's story was true.
Traveling north, he crossed the Southern Wastes and then the Great Barrier. Unaware of the League, he arrived outside the Institute of War where he found Master Yi in meditation. Kong was eager to test the strength of these northern warriors, so he challenged Yi to a duel. Intrigued by Kong, Yi decided to humor him. Within moments of his first strike, Kong knew he was no match for Yi. To be the best, he would need a mentor. He asked Yi to take him as a pupil and to show him the wonders of the northern lands. In return, he would honor Yi by becoming the greatest warrior Runeterra had ever seen. Admiring his passion, Yi agreed, but only under the condition that Kong would one day teach the lessons of Wuju to a pupil of his own. In the spirit of this agreement, he renamed Kong Wukong, and gave him a weapon suited to his unusual nature - an enchanted staff that the young Doran had crafted. The weapon was an unrivalled masterpiece. After rigorous training, Wukong joined the League of Legends to fulfill his promise and show the world the true power of Wuju.
"The first step to wisdom and greatness is realizing how little you know." –- The first lesson of Master Yi
9 Greater Mark of Desolation - Nice for any AD champion.
9 Greater Seal of Attack Speed - Nice for early game.
or
9 Greater Seal of vitality - This will give your more Health and Damage because of your Atma's Impaler
9 Greater Glyph of Scaling Cooldown Reduction - I always take this on AD Fighter
3 Greater Quintessence of Health - I take this on every champions, this is great for anyone !
Top Choices
I think this spell is one of the greatest and it'll make you really more usefull in team.
This spell is definitely the best, it can be used in a lot of situations.
Other Choices
Usefull if you jungle but that isnt what my guide is about.
Usefull to finish an enemy and for First Blood.
Combinated with your ulti or for chase/run away.
Same as ghost.
I never use this but its a good spell.
Begin by a Doran's item that will depend on your team mate laner. The sword is better for dealing damages and the shield will give you a nice health regen. So If you're solo top, prefer the shield for a better survivability. If you're in lane with a team mate, you can easily choose the sword.
Boots of speed
First back, Time to get your boots. They are really important because your a melee champion. They will also be usefull if your enemy(s) in lane have AoE and skillshots like an Ezreal or a Brand.
/ Rank 2 boots
Okay now, take your rank 2 boots. It depends on the enemys, prefer the Mercury Treads in most of cases but If there's a Tryndamere or something like, Tabi is a better choice.
The Phage
In the optic of getting your Trinity Force ASAP, begin by grabbing a phage. It will give you health for survivability, attack damage and 25% chance to slow your enemys with your auto-attack (keep in mind that your only CC is your ultimate). If you don't have enough gold at your back to get it in one time, you should take the item to build it that gives you opposite bonus to your Doran's item. (If you've started by Doran's Blade, take Ruby Crystal and vice-versa)
The well known Sheen
This item is perfect for your Crushing Blow, so get it right after your phage. It will also provide you some mana which is great beacause you may have already been out of mana quickly.
The Trinity Force
You should rush this item now beacause almost every of his bonus is usefull for you :
+30 Attack Damage, to deal more damages.
+30 Ability Power, the only effect useless for you.
+30% Attack Speed, to deal more damages.
+15% Critical Strike, this isn't a crits build but at end of the build you'll land a crit by 3 attacks.
+12% Movement Speed, to flee or to rush.
+250 Health, for the damned Atma's Impaler
+250 Mana, this comes for the sheen.
An increase to the Phage's passive.
An increase to the Sheen's passive.
The Black Cleaver
First take the B. F. Sword that will bring you your first big damages source then upgrade it to Black Cleaver, with the passive of black cleaver and the effect of Crushing Blow, you'll be able to pown tanks because of the armor penetration.
The Sunfire Cape
This is your first defensive item, the armor item. Its also great item because you'll always be in the melee, while keeping in mind that it gives you health for Atma's Impaler
The Banshee's Veil
This will be your second defensive item, the MR item. It will also provide you that famous bubble which counter lots of combos and that will save you a lot of time. Did I say it gives you health for Atma's Impaler ?
Last but not least item : Atma's Impaler
This is what you've been waiting for so long, you've about 3k health now (because of the specific build), so this is what will remplace your doran's item. It will convert your defense in attack damage =)
Optional items :
Pantom dancer to take the boots place
If the game turn to very long game or if you're quckly over-fed, you just have to replace your boots by this item, however, you will loose the tenacity of Mercury's Treads if this is what you've chosen.
Frozen mallet rather than Sunfire cape
This can be an alternative to Sunfire Aegis if your team does not have heavy CC because it gives your auto-attack a 40% slow effect.
Guardian angel if you like this item
Great item but it won't give you health so it may not by combine you Atma's Impaler, you'd better take this than the Atma, however, I never choose GA.

Cost: 100 mana
Cooldown: 120 / 105 / 90 seconds
Physical Damage Per Second: 20 / 110 / 200 (+1.0 per attack damage)
I've noticed that there's is a lot of wukong played, almost 2 every game.
Wukong is a champion very fun to play, I love to trick my enemy with decoy.
He should be played wisely, waiting for the last moment or the good moment to decoy.
Try to avoid going in a fight without your decoy CD.
I hope you've like my little guide and that the build gave you some victorys =)
