Welcome To Zac Bounce Party Guide
Recommended to start camps near bot lane so it benefits top lane from minion wave while support and adc gives a faster leash and adc can get back to lane without missing any cs if they are decent with timing then get scuttle before going to next buff camp, vision and gold. First put a point into unstable matter, second point to stretching strike, third elastic. Max out your unstable matter first out of the 3, then your stretchign strike next. As you clear camps towards your top lane, check if your top laner needs a gank to put pressure or to kill, if not check mid first then bot.
Farm as much as you can till mid game, that is when you start help getting objectives. Make sure you bait your opponents by abusing your passive in fights, while they think they could kill you, your teammates till tear them a new one. If they ignore you, you already have enough power to punish them severely.
Remember that Zac's duty to to be tanky, provide cc and split up the enemies team for your team to feed off them. You can literally carry your team to victory with successful teamfights.

Your role in this for early game is to feed your number as much as you can, rack up assists gold, counterbuild, then late game dominate. Warn your jungler of this plan in the beginning or play with a friend, with your ganking kit combined with your jungler, easy kill and don't be afraid to abuse your passive as long as you are not under enemy turrret.
During the laning phase you will most likely get harassed a lot but it's OK, just farm under tower or freeze your lane. Wait for your jungler to come and enemy top laner will regret overextending. Once you get enough gold from assist and get your main items to tanky counterbuild, you'll easily dominate your top lane. Note to take teleport for top lane.
Additional advice is that when you are low health with passive up, enemy jungler and top laner will most likely be stupid enough to tower dive you. Just fight back, watch their surprise, try to kill your blobs, and if you do enough damage you will most likely get a double kill with the help of turret or get at least one kill.

Not much here besides to wait for a good opportunity to bounce onto the adc if you know you will live and your adc is aware of your slingshot engages. One good thing is that if enemy support is ballsy on adc or junlger is ganking you, your kit is good enough to stop them and hopefully use your ultimate to knock them back. End game is a win if done properly, it does take skill to play Zac as support as a heads up. Always provide map control with wards. Sightstone is a rush must, the HP bonus benefits your ap passive. And try as much as you can to keep enemies off your carries, ultimate should handle the problem with a bouncy fun.
