Tenacity
suffer from the diminishing returns of armor and MR?I'm thinking that it doesn't, but if thinking about how much raw damage it blocks then it does.
Since the more damage your armor and MR blocks, the less effective damage it blocks.

I'm pretty Tenacity, and all other "decreases all damage dealt" abilities, apply before armor and MR...could be wrong tho.

It's basically why you never see them jungle anymore :P
