He is still strong when they dont have janna which is what you see in lcs and all tops laners picking. Is he tier 1 maybe not is he tier 3 hell no its not even debatable hes is to low for how successful he is. Your telling me yasuo top lane would have more impact on a game in and team fights then kennnen?[/quote]
