Maybe you haven't seen my guide? You build Rylai's to maximize the slow, and then bring Revive/Clarity and build DFG second.
Riot removed them specifically because I couldn't be stopped.

Wait till patch 5.9; you'll see. I also run Clairvoyance now on Olaf support because it gives me the ability to see into the future.
He's just that good. I want an Olaf only, no items, Howling Abyss game.
