I feel like the biggest counter to
Riven is  Jayce. He has a ranged form to harass her with, a speed up to kite, and can quickly switch to Hammer Stance and disengage from a fight.

Riven is far from ОP.

Riven is a fighter and as a fighter she is very strong. I think her worse counterpick is Diana because as of right now Diana is not balanced.

Riven is fine. She's strong in lane due to the fact she has no "One point wonder" skills and instead has 3 different skills she can Max based on her lane. Her scaling is average, but she can carry many games vs players who don't know how to fight her. As for udyr it's a mind game marchup, a good riven will win. When he tigers or bears at her she stuns and shields away (she won't take the stun). If udyr stays in tiger he won't be able to CS without loseing his proc, if he stays in bear he won't have the MS for long. If udyr tries to turtle go up and attack him, if he switches to an aggressive stance stun back off rinse and repeat.
