I would say that, but it only happens on MOBAfire. It happened to me on the beginning of march and hasn't happened again up until I logged into MOBAfire today. I rarely go on MOBAfire since I've been on leave from MOBA (up until I finish up some important stuff IRL first). But uh yeah. Maybe it's just for people who live in my area.
That and MOBAfire is in the URL of the ad that popped up.

I got the same thing twice except mine wasn't a seperate window, it was an actual overlay on top of the Mobafire site.

This is not intentional, we have these types of ads blocked on all our networks. I will try to investigate where this may be coming from.
If we ever run a proper survey it will be listed in our news and will be integrated into the site, it won't be a popup or overlay like these ones are. So if you see this, it's someone intentionally breaking the rules of the advertising networks to sneak an abusive ad through.
