Well, Wind is yasuo's theme, sure. Ao Shin is described more with storms, rain, thunder and good fortune on his allies. Wind is part of a storm, but I feel confident that their themes are entirely different.

Similar enough, I wouldn't be surprised if Ao Shin takes a long long time or simply gets cancelled.
