[/quote] This, so very much this. Death is over in a second with no pain, being locked up in a tiny cell for 50+ years with no contact with other people will last a hell of a lot longer. Besides, when a government makes the decision to kill someone who presents no immediate threat and is already locked up, imo they're hardly any better than murderers themselves. +Rep :P[/quote]

[/quote] nah... he obviously didn't want to die if he didn't kill himself and he didn't put up a fight with the cops cause he knew they would kill him. so kill him. he obviously doesn't want to die. kill the bastard and give him what he doesn't want. EDIT: also, it costs more to pay for the guy to serve a life sentence. You gotta pay the guards at the jail. you gotta pay for his food, his clothes (granted he only gets two pairs), and his shelter (the upkeep of the prison). Just kill the guy, he obviously did not want to die.[/quote]

[/quote] False. In a statement to the police he said he don't care whether he live or die, as long as no one ever forgets him. Which is obviously what everyone should do, and what everyone in Norway (including myself) is currently doing: Forgetting him, but remembering the victims.[/quote]
