Apen Mundo or Full Tank Mundo?

Does it really hold up when compared to [[The Black Cleaver]], [[Last Whisper]] or [[Void Staff]]? Still, that true damage is what it is, a reliable 13 dmg/second, nothing to be scoffed at really. I'm just wondering how effective it really is. It applies on every tick of [[Burning Agony]]? Ok, is it just refreshing the proc or giving you 40 dmg/second?[/quote]
