W: Target enemy is dealt low damage, stunned for a short time and target`s CD`s are increased by x amount of seconds.
Changed his W and E a bit, since like TehGus said, it would be good against both. Basically changed his E to give him massive healing on himself and steal others...useful more at the end of a fight then anything. Open to suggestions on both, and I rather like his W now, since it effectively neuters anyone completely reliant on there skills without CDR (aka supports)and SOME mages.
