So... which is it?
You have the freedom of speech to say that the quality of a song is bad, but that is just YOUR opinion.
There is no objective measure to say that music is good or bad, the piece of **** that you drew might seem like a masterpiece to other people. If at least one person thinks it is art, then it is art.

Yes, if at least one person thinks it is art then it is art. Just like justin bieber's songs are considered music. However, both paintings and music can be objectively qualified, that's why the Mona Lisa is internationally recognized as one of the greatest masterpieces ever produced and Justin Bieber is internationally recognized as the girl who fills the radio with songs that even Satan himself cannot bear to hear.
