I've just been cruising around and just looking at builds for characters that I may or may not try - Just cause I've been saving up IP recently. I just thought I'd give some tips for those whom seem like they deserve it.
I'm no jungler or Evelynn player, but honestly, if you're going to get some sort of sustainability or survivability for that matter, you'd want to get it sooner than later, correct? Like for instance, you were to be against Karthus or there's just that one Blitzcrank when you're playing as an AD-Carry and you some how always got hooked or rather, killed by Requiem. If you still build damage items, you're more susceptible to feeding/death more frequently the more you push it back. Then you'll never be able to purchase your next big item, like say your Trinity Force or Infinity Edge, and I know, that those two are hella expensive. (This is hard for me to explain.) All in all, Survivability should be prioritized second after your big purchase, sometime during mid-game. For instance; an Irelia player would go Wit's End or Guardian Angel right after Trinity Force. Or rather, Annie players would go Rod of Ages and some casters prefer Rylai's Crystal Scepter and Abyssal Mask, and afterwards, purchase the Rabadon's Deathcap.
However, I do like the fact that you include Guardian Angel and Banshee's Veil to be situational, and recommend building it. Although, you should go in depth when to build either or, or rather, not to build it and purchase more Attack Damage items; instead of saying "Build it if you're dying a lot". Like say, build Banshee's Veil if entire team is AP. Something like that.
Other than your cheat sheet, your guide has some form of BBCODE which, of course, is good! :)
You could try and use <rule> (change the <> to brackets) or some form of line dividers, so that your chapters are more organized and seperated so people can differentiate topics. You can use this to separate your summoner spells, character spells, masteries, etc. just to organize them. (If you want an example, I over-used linedividers on my first guide). You could also use some pictures/diagrams showing the character's ranges of spells, banners, and said line dividers to create a more developed guide. :) +1
Side Note: Excited for the new Evelynn changes? Oh and please review my guide if you find time. Thanks! (Saw your signature)
PS: You mispelled Greater Seal of Armor in your runes chapter.

Good guide with a good use of coding. You do make a good explaining of your choices. Overall it's great!
I just have a couple of suggestions, you should really think in changing your jungle section, information on the buffs and the jungle route it's a little bit to much text. On the jungle route you should try and make a video, if you're too lazy to do it, think of making it with a picture. On the buff's section try to make it with pictures and use some columns code it will be much more prettier
Overall its good so +1 from me
Thanks for all your feedback guys,
